  COLLECTION: This balloon decoration comes fully inflated and assembled when collected from our Carlisle store.

  DELIVERY: When purchased for delivery this balloon decoration comes fully inflated in two easily assembled pieces, instructions are included.

  Also included is an inflated deco bubble centrepiece that features a large 24 inch transparent bubble with a personalised vinyl birthday message and Prime logo on one side, filled with red, white and blue mini balloons, attached ribbon, and a mini balloon collar and base with Prime card cut-out. This balloon measures approximately 24 inches. Once inflated the balloon will last approximately 7 days.
