Returning an Order

Here at Struts, we strive to offer the best possible services and the best quality products and hope that all our products arrive in perfect condition. We appreciate occasionally you may wish to return items, please therefore make note of our returns policy detailed below:-

Returns & Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase then please follow these simple instructions if you would like a refund or replacemennt within 14 days of receiving your order.

PLEASE NOTE ONLY ORDERS WITH AN AUTHORIZED RETURNS NUMBER WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR A REFUND. TO OBTAIN AN AUTHORIZED RETURNS NUMBER PLEASE EMAIL ON INFO@STRUTS.CO.UK OR CALL US ON 01228 547996 (LINES OPEN BETWEEN 10:00-4:30 MONDAY-FRIDAY)

  1. The item(s) must be returned in their original condition, UNUSED & UNWORN with all costume components, hangers and picture cards - the header/picture cards must not be folded or creased as this makes the whole item un-saleable and so we cannot issue a refund.
  2. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to personal hygiene undergarments, stockings, wigs, teeth, facial hair and face paint cannot be returned.
  3. Send the parcel back to us at your local post office by first or second class post. Please note that returns are NOT pre-paid and the cost of returning the item(s) is your responsibility. We recommend you obtain proof of posting.
  4. All items are inspected on their return to us, after which your refund is processed and this can take 3-5 working days to show in your account. We endeavour to process all refunds within 7 days of receipt.
  5. Exchanges - unfortunately we are currently unable to offer an exchange.

By law, consumers in the European Union have the right to cancel a contract for the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day of receipt of the order.

Returns Policy - Faulty Goods

Should a product be faulty, you should let us know immediately as we will happily refund or replace it for you. You should let us know as soon as possible via email (or telephone first) within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery or, where this was not apparent on reasonable inspection, within 7 calendar days after discovery or 30 calendar days after receipt by you, whichever is the earlier.

Before sending the parcel back to us, please contact us. You will be asked for the reason for the return including whether you will prefer a refund or replacement plus whether the item has been used. In addition, you will need to confirm your name, order number and postcode, so please have these available if you telephone.
