What payment methods do you accept?

As well as PayPal, we accept direct payments via Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Solo. We also accept cheques from UK customers.

What name will appear on my bill?

The name on your bill will be Struts Party Superstore Ltd.


We ship internationally. You should see the available shipping options to your country as you go through the checkout process. Depending on your delivery location and order size, your order may be subject to import taxes imposed by the country of delivery. If your country does have taxes on imports, these import taxes are not covered by the postage charge on your order with Struts, and you will be required to pay them to receive your package.

Order Dissatisfaction

Should you be dissatisfied with your order or receive the wrong item. Please contact us immediately with your order number and we will arrange for you to return your goods for a full refund.

Changing orders after they are placed

If you made a mistake whilst placing your order, or would just like to change something, please email us at oXrXdXeXrXs@struts.co.uk and let us know. If at this point of contact your order has not been shipped, we should be able to make the change for you. Please include the order number (if you have it), the name the order was placed under, the email address used for the order, and what you would like changed.

I haven't received my confirmation email

Some email providers routinely block unknown email addresses. You can check your spam folder to see if the email arrived there. If you are unable to find it there, you can email oXrXdXeXrXs@struts.co.uk and we will confirm that the order was placed.

Out of stock items

We keep all products in stock but sometimes temporarily run out of stock. We will send you an email right away notifying you of any out of stock situation. We will usually get the item back in stock within a week.


Often our newly promoted items are not yet in stock, hence the discount for pre-ordering. This is always noted in the description. If you order a product that is up for pre-order, expect it to be delayed 1 to 2 weeks. If your order contains one or more items that are out of stock, then it will not typically be shipped out until all the items are in stock.
